At Nitelife Intimates we maintain a very professional outlook and do realize that sometimes you may buy an item that doesnt fit or is not quite what you expected or you just changed your mind. We allow returns to be made upto 30 days from purchase which is in line with the Australian Standards.
WHAT can be returned?
All products can be returned providing they are in the original packaging and are returned with the original invoice. All item must not be soiled or damaged and underwear must not be worn as per Australian Health Standards.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days of invoicing how ever we do understand there may be some exceptions in which Nitelife Intimates will decide whether to accept after this date.

HOW do customers return items?
All items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice which can be printed from your accounts purchase history. With out this information we have no way of knowing who has returned the item or why.
It is important to let us know why the item has been returned as this helps us with marketing and corrections to products or specifications if we get something wrong.
SHIPPING for returns?
When a return is made it needs to be sent to the address above via Australia Post. Should the error be on our part or the product is faulty we will credit the return costs when the product is being exchanged.
CREDIT for returns?
We always prefer a product to be exchanged but should you want a refund the refund will be paid to the account you paid from within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Instore return option?
Unfortunately we are solely internet based and do not have physical shop addresses to return items too.
Items should be in original packaging with a copy of the invoice included and a short explanation of the reason for return.
