Return Policy

• Unless stated in the item description we offer an exchange policy on all new items. We are happy to exchange an item if it is the incorrect size or damaged on arrival.
• The return policy is usually within 30 days of the sale.
• All costs in returning the item is on the purchaser. If the item is the incorrect size and being exchanged the item needs to be returned with a self addressed postage pack from Australia Post.
• Items may only be returned if they are in there original packaging and unsoiled or damaged.

Shipping

• The item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
• If paying by cheque the item will not be sent until the cheque has cleared.
• Items are generally sent Via Australia Post but we do use couriers from time to time in which case we may require a physical address if requested.
• We only ship business days and generally ship the day following cleared payment.
• Please allow 2-5 days for delivery with Australia Post.
• We ship daily any delays in delivery are due to Australia Post, Not Nitelife Intimates. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback.
